4: Acceptance Testing: You perform acceptance testing to ensure that all your requirements have been implemented correctly.

5: Ongoing Hosting, Support and Maintenance: Once you are happy with the solution, it is transitioned into its live “Production” environment and a helpdesk setup for you to receive ongoing support. Platform licensing costs commence during this stage.
