The Integra "Modules"

Integra is designed with a “modular” architecture. It brings together your most common online business functions into the one easy-to-use system. Depending on your needs, you may choose to have some, or all, of the Integra modules active. By default Integra will come with the Site, CMS and Media modules active (at minimum).
As of Integra Version 4.7 the following modules are supported:

Site Module (and settings)
The Site module is your "central" website management area. Use the Site module to do things like add Content and Landing Pages, edit Banners and manage Media. The Site module is also where you can manage all your User's personal information and registration details.
Extensive Site Settings are also provided enabling you to customise Email Templates, set Preferences as well as manage Reference Data for all Integra modules. Finally, you may also configure User Security Access Groups and fine-grained Access Controls to manage who has access to what on your website.
CMS (Content Management System) Module
The CMS module (included as part of the Site module) provides you with powerful features to update and manage Content items on your website. Use the CMS module to create visually appealing and SEO-friendly web pages for your customers as well as generate flexible Navigation Menus for visitors to browse your site with.
This module offers a world class WYSIWYG (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get) web content editor, making updating your website easy. It also links directly into the Media module (also part of the Site module) enabling you to seamlessly embed video, audio, business documents and images into your Content items. The CMS module also enables you to create custom Banners, Landing Pages and Media Galleries for use throughout your website.
Media Module
The Media module (included as part of the Site module) enables you to centrally store and manage all types of Media Files for use on your website. This means both internally for your staff, and externally for your website visitors and customers. Able to handle numerous media types including video, audio, images and business documents (e.g. PDF, DOC etc), the Media module offers true multimedia management capabilities.
The Media module also enables you to create unlimited Media Folders for the intuitive storage and management of Media Files. Built-in into the Media module are many multimedia players required to display your Media Files to your website visitors e.g. Windows Media Player. Most common audio and video formats are supported along with Adobe Flash.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Module
Don't ever be without critical client information again! The CRM module ensures the information you and your team needs is always at your fingertips. It enables you to easily store and manage data (and documents) about your account Contacts, Customers, Suppliers and Partners in a centralised and secure way.
Use the CRM module to automate and track communications between your staff and external parties, and ensure that everyone always has the latest, most accurate picture. The CRM module links directly into the Projects module, meaning you can also easily track, control and collaborate on unlimited client Projects.
Projects Module
The Projects module enables you and your team to collaboratively monitor, update and track Task progress across multiple clients and projects. Suited to both teams that work remotely as well as side-by-side, use the Projects module to easily organise Tasks into Task Categories and track Task progress through to completion. You can even customise Task Statuses, Task Types and Task Priorities to suit your business needs.
The Projects module also offers personal and group-wide TODO lists and the ability to report on Billable Tasks. Email Notifications can also be setup so that your team can receive automatic updates when Tasks have been assigned to them.
Shopping Module
The Shopping module enables you to quickly and easily sell products via your website. Use the Shopping module to setup online catalogues with unlimited Product Categories, sell single items and take orders online.
Integrated directly into PayPal, the Shopping module offers you three (3) powerful ways of selling:
- Fast-action 'Buy Now' style (for single sale items ONLY),
- 'Make an Offer' method and
- A traditional 'shopping cart' approach (coming soon).
The Shopping module also directly interfaces with the PayPal Instant Payment Notification (IPN) web gateway meaning you can track and control all payments in real time.
Marketing Module
Keep in constant contact with your customers and reap the rewards. The Marketing module enables you to easily manage member Newsletter correspondence via email as well as harness the untapped resource of online social networks to exponentially boost your memberships and website subscriptions.
With the power to setup unlimited Subscription Streams, Manage Subscriptions and monitor Sent Newsletters, you can keep your customers up to date with your specials and member only offers and your partners 'in the loop' with what's happening in your business. The best bit though, is that you can do all of this without having to pay for each send!
You can even publish Newsletters to your website as regular Content items, keeping both your customers and search engines happy. Finally, the Marketing module is fully integrated with all other Integra modules meaning you'll only ever need to manage one set of customer email information!
Virtual Office Module
The Virtual Office module enables you, your team and your clients to securely access business documents 24x7 via the web. Use this module to centrally manage and store Virtual Office Files that you wish to expose over the Internet in a secure, structured and controlled manner. For example, you may upload DOCs, PDFs, spreadsheets, videos, images etc. Placing your documents on the web allows for easy storage and access by all that need them, even when out of the office!
Security is an important part of the Virtual Office module, with individual Security Access Settings able to be defined for each Virtual Office Folder in your Virtual Office ensuring that only those people with the right privilege can access and administer your Virtual Office Files.
Connection Module
The Connection module is all about creating lively interaction with your website visitors and customers. For example, Polls & Surveys are a quick and easy way for you to connect with your website visitors and customers and remain “up-to-date.” You may wish to use a Poll or Survey to gauge interest on a topical issue, or to seek out information about a new product, service or other aspect of your business or industry. Polls are generally meant to be quick and fun, while Surveys (questionnaires) are usually more in-depth and analytical. If used correctly, both Polls & Surveys can help you to better know your customer and marketplace by exposing trends, norms and opportunities.
