Smartersoft have played a key role in the success of the $55 million Ability Links NSW program. Their sector-wide data system identifies the connections and outcomes for individuals and the community throughout NSW, providing crucial data for the evaluation of the program, which supports how the program is delivered, communicated and promoted.

SmarterSoft created a highly customised data system that allows us to not only effectively manage our work but also accurately report to our funders (DCJ) on the outcomes we achieve for our clients. SmarterSoft have a good understanding of our service making it easier when we approach them with requests for changes. We continue to work with SmarterSoft to further enhance and refine the system by constantly improving and streamlining processes.

SmarterSoft were chosen as the successful tenderer from an open market process. Since 2018 the solution has proven to be a cost-effective use of resources, as additional workflows have now been added which were not originally conceived. This demonstrates the efficiency, agility and adaptability of the SmarterSoft solution, as it has become the main digital business tool now in use in the department.

Since 2016, we have successfully used SmarterSoft as our primary sector-wide client and case data portal. We now have greater visibility of performance outcomes for the purposes of reporting and accountability. It has also had a positive impact on the stakeholder working relationship.

Since going live in 2015, we have spent more time achieving outcomes for people with disability, their families and carers and building more inclusive and accessible communities. Staff are confident in using the SmarterSoft system with minimal technical support required.
